Every campaign requires material to send to clients, whether they are responding from a page on your website with an "opt in to our newsletter" box, from an email you may have sent them or from a link about products or services. There is always an element of input from you that cannot be avoided if you are to have successful email marketing campaigns.
In every campaign you will provide the email list, literature, text and images; we will then put it into the template and send it out to your email list. The more information you can provide for us to do our job with the quicker your campaigns get off the ground and start producing results. Below is a list of items that can be used to get your message across to your existing clients and prospective customers. Your email list can come from your existing clients or from businesses you have dealt with in the last twelve months. The best lists have the persons permission to send information to them, so if you are intending to send to businesses that may have been in contact with you over the last year, then it could be a good idea to ask them over the phone if they would like to receive the occasional email from you about offers etc. Usually no one refuses in our experience. Vehicles for getting your message out there - Newsletters
- Articles
- Special and Seasonal Offers
- Success stories
- New product or services
- Enhancements to existing products or services
- Information on what you are doing in your firm, who is new etc
We will discuss what you need to do and provide you with a list of information required depending on the subject being marketed. Once we have that we can quickly turn round the end product and set out on the campaign. We will always involve you in decision making around the campaign and keep you informed. CostsStandard email marketing managed account - prices are net of VAT - Set up fee including adaptation of standard template would be between £45.00 and £140.00
- Monthly fees - £70.00 per month for sending up to 2000 emails each month
Optional Extra'sNot every one is comfortable with writing up their own material for marketing be that on the Internet or with traditional forms like brochures, flyers, newsletters and adverts.
We can provide additional services if you either don't have the time to write the material or don't feel you have the skills. These services can be seen below.
What we charge for the services below will depend on how much information you can supply and the amount of work needed to achieve the objectives. Call us or fill in the contact form to discuss your circumstances and then work out what you need and how much that will cost. - Copy writing

- "Sales Orienting" text and images

This service addresses that aspect and helps to increase sales and visitors to your website

- You may send communications to businesses you have dealt with in the past twelve months, providing this person has not unsubscribed from your list.

- Every email message contains a mandatory unsubscribe/opt-out link at the bottom of the message. This unsubscribe link cannot be removed.
- We provide our services only to those who adhere to our strict anti-spam policy. Using the system to send out emails to addresses obtained in any way other than a subscriber opting-in to your list may incur a charge of £100 plus VAT per incident, i.e. per email sent.
