Password protecting "Fly on the Wall" pages

Features such as e-commerce, databases, quizzes and forums can now be password protected using password groups. This can be done by setting the password group in the page settings of the pages which have "link to" elements added in them. These elements are "Link to e-commerce", "Database", "Link to forum" and "Quiz".
