The more perceptive businesses have also grasped this concept and are actively pursuing Creative Problem Solving Techniques. Unfortunately, few small firms and public sector units have realised this. this three day course on Practical Creative Problem Solving provides the delegate with a series of easy to use techniques which help them and subsequently their colleagues back in the workplace to think more effectively and innovatively. So instead of fire-fighting which as we all know eventually turns into Fire-Lighting we can take objective viewpoints and find better, longer lasting solutions. The techniques you will learn can be applied in a number of ways from providing a service that helps your customers solve problems to looking at the way you do things. These techniques can be used effectively with teams or groups back at your company once you have understood the role of facilitation.

Arrive on the evening of 18th or on the morning of 19th ready for registration at 09:30 and start of workshops at 10 am.
 
Cousre ends at 16:00 hrs on 21st May.
