Terms and Conditions of Sale

Quotations: are valid for 30 days only unless otherwise stated.
 
Estimates: should be treaded as estimates, NOT as Quotations
 
Pricing: All labour and parts will be invoiced at prices ruling at the date of invoice unless otherwise stated.
 
Payment: Account Customers have 30 days following the end of the month of invoice in which to pay. Non-Account customers payment on submission of invoice or completion of the work.
 
Overdue Accounts: will have interest added at the statutory rate. All legal charges incurred in pursuing overdue accounts will be borne by the customer.
 
Ownership of goods: legal title of goods will not pass to the customer until full payment of the invoice is received.
 
Queries: must be notified in writing within ten days of invoice date.
 
Liability: all claims for consequential loss are hereby excluded.
 
Public Liability: Forth engineering Ltd and @lliance Fluid Power have adequate insurance cover.
 
Safe Working Practices: Forth engineering Ltd and @lliance Fluid Power observe one of the safest working practices at all times and follow a health and safety policy
 
Due to the immediate response to customer requests that Forth & @lliance can offer, these conditions shall prevail to the exclusion of all conditions of the customer expressed or implied.
