Jenny Trekking to build stamina

It may only take a few minutes to get from the top of a mountain to the bottom on a pair of skis, but to do that in an acceptable racing time takes loads of stamina.
 
Jenny can be seen here building stamina during the summer months ready for the competitions when the snow arrives.

Jenny's Track Record to date

Experience: Skiing since I was 3/4 and racing since I was 10
 
Ambitions: To perform at World Cup level, eventually reaching the Olympics.
 
Coach: Christian Perner
 
Past co-trainer Germany for World Cup- Europa Cup women
Head trainer Sweden World Cup women
 
Racing: I race Slalom, Giant Slalom and Super G internationally. I am currently racing and training in Austria.
 
Selected for: GB Children's team 2004/5
