Adding and using Lists to format information
There are two types of self-explanatory list element types which can be added to pages:
- Numbered lists
- Bullet-point lists (this is a bullet point list)
Lists are created similarly to text elements except that the align facility is not available. To create a list, enter consecutive items line by line separated by an [ENTER] keystroke. You are given an added option of selecting what starting offset options to give when creating a numbered list. E.g
- Numbered (normal -1,2,3)
- Alphabetic (lower case - a,b,c)
- Alphabetic (upper case - A,B,C)
- Numbered (lower case Roman - i,ii,iii)
- Numbered (upper case Roman - I,II,III)
Once you have selected which offset option to use, indicate what number will the list start from.
If required, change the colour, size and font of the list using the style drop down boxes.
You are also advised to check your spelling by clicking on the click here to check spelling link.
Within lists, an Insert element button is automatically added beneath each item in the list so that a sub element can be added to each if required.
Click the Store Changes button to save and return to the Page Editor screen.
