Elements: Spreadsheets

This element allows you to display a spreadsheet. If you need to display a spreadsheet on any of your pages, follow this procedure:

• Choose the Excel Spreadsheet element from the drop down list of items.  
• Click the Add Item button to display the appropriate Edit item screen.  
• Input the relevant information into the boxes provided:  

Upload the Excel spreadsheet: click on the Browse button to find the Excel spreadsheet on your hard drive and then upload it to be displayed.
 
Alignment: select left, centre, or right alignment for the spreadsheet.
 
Width: optionally, choose a width for the spreadsheet on the screen. Usually it is best to leave it set to "Default".
 
Padding within each cell: set how much empty space each cell is padded inside with. Again, "Default" is usually the best option.
 
Spacing between cells: how much empty space is left between cells. The default is to have no empty space.
 
Preserve Excel borders: select yes or no
 
Keep background colours: select yes or no
 
Keep foreground colours: select yes or no
 
Keep text sizes: select yes or no
 
Draw grid: select yes or no
 
Note: You do not need to upload the Excel spreadsheet again if you have not changed it; you can change the other settings here without uploading again.
 
Click the Store Changes button to save and return to the updated Page Editor screen.
