What you will be effectively doing in this section is creating links to categories of your shop. You don't want people to see all your products on one page, as it would be too much unnecessary information. The following process allows you to put categories on your page, which will link to that category on the shop.

For example, a shop selling videos may have 3 different categories:- comedy films, horror films, science fiction films.

Once "horror films" has been selected you are then taken to a page displaying all the different horror films, instead of a page displaying comedy and science fiction films.

Select "Edit Page Contents" from the main menu. If you have not already designated a page to be your shop, do so now by adding a new page for it as described in the Adding a New Page part of this tutorial.

Click on the "Page Editor" button (the green pencil) to edit the page.

Select "insert" which will take you to the "Insert Item" screen. By clicking in the drop down box, you are able to select "E-Commerce link". Complete the selection by clicking "Add Item".

The "E-Commerce" link, edit item, takes you through the process of linking the links to the shop.

You are only able to add one link at a time. Once one link has been added you are able to go through this process to add more links to categories as necessary.

Click the Store Changes button to save and return to the updated Page Editor screen.

Remember: You cannot follow links while in the page editor. Only the live version of the page will have interactive links.
