1. Getting started
To start, go to the Cumbria Business Portal login page.
Enter your username and password in the on-screen boxes.

Once authenticated, you will be taken to the Main Menu.
The number of items listed in this menu will depend on the level of access you have been granted.

To put content on your site select the edit page contents button.
You will be directed to the page-listing screen. This page acts as the summary screen of the contents of your
web site. From here you can manage your web pages.
buttons are available throughout building your site, to give you extra information when required.
By selecting the gold spanner
(alongside the name of the page) you can set the settings of that page. Settings include giving the page a title, selecting an appropriate template (design) and allocating keywords etc. Once completed select the store changes button to return to the page-listing screen.Adding some content
Select the green pencil icon to edit the content on the page.
The Page Editor screen shows the page in a manner similar to how it will look when finished.
The Page Editor screen will show each item you create for the page (for example: blocks of text, images, tables) in a series of boxes and will contain buttons allowing you to edit, delete and arrange these items as well as insert new items. Each item placed on a site page is referred to from here onwards as an element.
To add content to the page click the insert button (yellow button).
